"Everything was perfect: staff, new, modern building and room, cleanness, facilities plus Asian breakfast included in room price (which was not mentioned during booking). You need your own transport as hotel is located quite far from Chiang Khan (my favourite town in Thailand). Would recommend."

"Amazing guesthouse! The owners and staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and lovely with two balconies. It was right off the main walking street, and there were bikes available if you wanted to explore further afield. Had the best time at this guesthouse and would absolutely stay again."
