The lobby was a bit hectic with only one person working and checking everyone in. Took a while to actually get to the room because of this. The WIFI was not working due to overload, quite interesting situation. The rooms were okay enough, the cleanliness is meh. It can hold you over for the night.

Area was great, pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom. Pillows were yellow and towels were so over use and rough. Receptionist Angela have terrible costumer service. Window in the bathroom that was behind the sieve were bent up and could not even close.

I mean for the price you pay it’s not a fancy hotel. The issue we had is that when we arrived our rooms weren’t available. Keep in mind we arrived almost 2 hours after check in. They asked us to wait about 1 hr. Luckily it took only 30 mins approximately. They did not offered any sort of compensation

The property location was good, quiet at night so we were able to sleep well. The only matter is if travellings in private vehicle there is jst a limited parking space. We had to park away from the hotel. Other than that it was a good stay.

Property in good location, pool needs to look welcoming and clean. Poor shower room and no option for cool water.
