The customer service was very poor when we checked in. The room had a musty smell to it. There was no water pressure. Our TV was broken and the remote did not work, no came to fix it after we called the front desk. There was no where to sit to have breakfast and breakfast was a muffin and some juice. They were out of juice at 9am and breakfast was supposed to go until 10am and there was only 1 type of muffin at 9am and it was chocolate, We do not eat chocolate muffins. Overall it was a terrible stay and we will never use Super 8 by Wyndham again.

I chose to stay here because of the good ratings…. But my standards are obviously not the same as other raters. The room appeared clean, however the smell was awful!!!! Had to go and buy air freshener to even be able to stand it! They do not clean your room during your stay or refurnish towels, etc. we were told they weren’t allowed in guest rooms…. So that said to me they can’t trust their staff to do what they are suppose to do. Room was a nice size, but bed was too hard for us. We adequately renamed the hotel to the 8. There was nothing super about it. Will not stay here again.

Oliver checked us in. He was very nice and professional. Did not like the only room in the hotel with no balcony, room 320. Need to highlight that on-line. Loved the large king bed. Did not like the shower height. Way too low. No continental breakfast???
