We did not receive check in instructions from our host; we had to call and ask for the check in information. We were coming in late on our check in day and reached out to the host to let them know this and never received any response back. The house was brand new and very clean. A bit sparsely furnished. Beds and front room furniture were not super comfortable, but were not tolerable. Overall for the price a decent place to stay.
