Perfect Getaway

The Pearl at Morrison Manor was just that - a pearl. Great location, plenty of room for 2 couples and a toddler, and a great coffee shop just around the corner. We had everything we needed and the folks living in the neighborhood were so nice. We loved our short stay and hope to return soon. Perfect getaway for us!

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment proportions, decor, furnishings and supplies very generous. It was surprisingly quiet given units upstairs and hardwood floors and within walking distance of the visitor center and many of the city’s attractions and shops. Everything worked, plenty of hot water, good AC and lovely linens. Only negative - mattresses are a bit tired and compressed (divots). Great communication with the manager. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and just as described. Although we didn’t use the kitchen it appeared to have everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The only negative is the parking situation. There is one small space per unit and no available on street parking. We managed but I could see it being a problem if you have a large vehicle.

The reviews I read said king st was close enough to walk to but you couldn't there was a highway you had to go on. The house itself was clean but very musty smelling. TLC Definitely for outdoors; indoors nice

When we arrived at the Pearl Suite, we were taken aback by the conditions of the outdoors. There were bottles, cans and trash on the ground and they weren’t picked up for a few days. Parking was very tight. Upon entering the building, we noticed that the hallway had not been cleaned. Once inside, it was freshly cleaned. All rooms were nicely appointed. Interesting, though, the unit can sleep 6 but there are only three counter stools and not enough utensils. One of the reviews was right when it said that noise, from the upstairs suite, was loud. We encountered it every night but one. Although negative, the four of settled in nicely. The suite provided a good atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. We would go back if minor details were addressed.

The condo was lovely however there was a terrible musty smell throughout our stay. The host provided an air purifier and spray but unfortunately it didn’t help. We were prepared for a tight parking spot but had no issues. The communication with the host was superb!

Love the location! Rooms and space were adequate and as described. Parking was tight and only one space, but we were prepared for that because it was communicated properly. There were a few little details that need attention, but nothing that would make us stay away…. We would definitely book again. A few things left from previous guests that cleaning crew missed; couldn’t figure out how to run dishwasher; could definitely hear foot traffic and toilet use from place above….. but all minor things and we definitely enjoyed our stay!
