Come enjoy this new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring Streets, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. The condo was extremely clean and smelled great. Loved the decor and all of the natural light from the big windows. Location is excellent. So many restaurants to walk to. Loved Bad Bunnies Coffee and the street window at the Italian restaurant a few steps away. Great communication with rental people. Would definitely stay here again. Also it's worth paying for the on-site parking.

What a wonderful time we had in Charleston! Our condo was clean and just adorable. The beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect for us. We had a quick walk to King Street where all of the action was! Parking is a little tough, but we found a spot and left our car for the weekend. Ubers are abundant!

This property did not disappoint! We stayed in the Magnolia Suite, which was exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed. Perfect location, easy walk to the majority of Downtown locations (inexpensive Uber to all others). Owners were easily available by text. This was a great apartment for 4 adult friends. We didn't spend much time inside, but enjoyed coming home to a clean, cool, and comfortable apartment. Fabulous Weekend!

We had four old friends meet for a girl's weekend. Loved it here. It was clean, spacious and bright. Cool vibe in the area with coffee shops and restaurants lining the streets. It is also within walking distance to King Street bars and restaurants. (Roughly 1 mile) The management was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!
