Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, reading lamps, writing table, closet, and unique decor.

Living Room – Charming bay window, period fireplace, four upholstered chairs, flat-screen TV.
Kitchen – Fully stocked with modern appliances, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine.
Dining Area – Spacious dining table with seating for six, opening to the living room.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
- Please return all items and furniture to their original locations.
- The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
