Place is centrally located. Able to walk to shops, tourist areas and river walks. Apartment is spacious with high ceilings and nicely furnished. History is interesting too. Paul and Anna are helpful and attentive hosts.

Spent 3 wonderful days in Charleston for a girls weekend. This "1850's Charleston Treasure" was the perfect place to stay. Great location that was walkable to EVERYTHING! Charming coffee shop is located 3 doors down. Free parking for one of our cars and a parking garage nearby for 24 a day for the other car. (This is a huge plus!) The condo had everything we needed. Spacious bedroom with 2 comfortable beds, updated bath, charming kitchen and a large comfortable living area ... perfect for enjoying our early morning coffee and late night talks. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location as far as getting to walk everywhere. If we hadn’t wanted to go to Magnolia plantation we wouldn’t have even needed a car. Paul was VERY fast at responding to my messages and the bedroom was much larger than it appeared online. We were very comfortable there and thanks to the rain spent more time there that we had planned. Kitchen could have been better equipped but we only ate breakfast there so it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable and host was excellent!

Great Host and Well-Equipped!

My friends and I had a great stay at this VRBO! The home was clean, well-stocked with all the essentials, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also perfect—just a short drive or walk to downtown, which made exploring the area super convenient. I really appreciated how easy and smooth the whole experience was.
