it was very clean. I had to be moved to the third floor because I could hear people walking above me on the second. That was not a problem. The room was clean nice TVs very comfortable beds.

The customer service was great , Eric was extremely accommodating as I had to check in early due to a flight mixup. The room was just ok however it needs some major upgrades. It needed painting , new curtains , a picture or 2 on the bare walls
