Nothing to complain about at all, friendly team (bar particularly!), the spa was great (had a fab massage from, I think, Amy). Mildly cold overnight (this could well have been me not understanding the heating system). First choice to stay in St Austell for me.

Lovely barn. Everything you needed in it for a great stay. The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived and they sent someone that morning to fix it. Will be booking again as not only did we have a great time but so did our dog.

Nice clean room kept clean by room cleaners, complimentary biscuits and drink making things were topped every day, very friendly staff and a fantastic bar and resturaunt

Some areas of the room were either full of dust or dirty. Had old white and brown hairs whilst i have cherry red hair Furnitures on balcony could be more comfortable and not metal. Also it was really dirty. Mold on pipes glass panes and balcony stained with bird poo and dk what else..
