The shuttle starts to late for People who have early flights, I rented here because it said free shuttle to the airport. A shuttle should be available for the earlier flights

Convenient for the area we needed to stay in. Unfortunately there were bed bugs. I was bit by them and even took one down to the front desk. Not cool. I've had to either take all of our clothes to the dry cleaners or wash them in hot water as recommended. Hoping I don't get them in my house.

The pool was out of commission 😡 that was the reason I chose the hotel. My room needed much updating, the bathroom was in poor condition to say the least. The television was a joke, the tv itself should be replaced. I will not go to this hotel again nor would I recommend it 😒

Hello guest, I deeply apologize regarding the pool being closed for renovations during your stay. Our goal was to improve our pool to better accommodate guests for future stays. We updated our brand website and notified Expedia regarding the pool closure. I apologize that we did not double check with them to make sure the pool was listed as closed on their website. We are completing a full renovation at the pool and the hotel, I hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Room was not great... not the cleanest and was outdated. Staff was very nice. Good location. Cleaning crew needs more attention to detail.
