One needs a 4x4 to drive around the property. The Superior Cottage was like a shack, narrow, not properly finished, a disgrace. We were offered another one and shown the photos, which in no way reflected, once again, what we then saw. Old, narrow rooms with a strong odor of not well kept place. It is a disgrace to have this hotel listed by Hotels.com. It deserves no stars, at all. I'll be disputing the charge, for we didn't stay there because of the condition of the rooms we paid for and we're offered."
