Wir habe den Aufenthalt in dem schmucken Haus sehr genossen! Die Aussicht auf das Tal und Meer ist grossartig. Wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend von der Terrasse aus bewundern. Auch unsere beiden Hunde sind voll und ganz auf ihre Kosten gekommen und konnten sich frei bewegen, da das Gelände komplett eingezäunt ist.

A beautiful location

This villa is in a beautiful rural location a short walk outside the village of Castel-Nuovo. It looks over the quite populated valley below that leads to La Spezia. We had a hard time finding the villa because the Internet went down soon after leaving the La Spezia-PIsa highway so we couldn't use Google-Maps, but providing the internet is working it's easy to find. The pool is small but warm (in early June) and in a pleasant private location. One of the two bed-rooms is up a steep winding metal staircase, so not ideal for the non-agile. The kitchen could benefit - maybe especially for English visitors - from a few extra items e.g.: an electric kettle; a proper tea-pot that pours properly; plus a few containers for putting food in the fridge. It would also be useful to have some 'basics' in the kitchen for those who arrive late e.g.: salt; sugar; tea. The Hosts are very helpful and supply plenty of local information. They live nearby but do not overlook the villa which is private for tenants only.

Mooie locatie met spectaculair uitzicht

Huis met een mooie ligging en fijn zwembad. Franco is een geweldige host: aardig, beschikbaar en gezellig. Het huis zelf is gedateerd. Niet echt schoon, met name de badkamer. Bed is niet comfortabel, klein, laag met een zacht matras. Veel te zien in de omgeving met mooie steden en natuur.

Tolle, abgeschiedene Location mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer und die Burg

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Location. Nachbarn gibt es quasi keine. Das Grundstück ist schön groß und sicher umzäunt, was wir wegen unseres Hundes als sehr hilfreich empfanden. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Franco ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen aller Art gegeben hat. Und schliesslich, nicht jede Location bietet einem einen Blick aufs Meer und die alte Burg direkt vom Pool aus...

Die Anreise zum Haus selber ist zwar ein kleines Abenteuer und mit einem tieferen Auto nicht leicht aber das Ferienhaus selber und Lage war top. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Franco super hilfsbereit. Anfahrt schon abenteuerlich. Betten etwas weich. Unterkunft eher für 2 -3 Personen. Aber alles in allem hatten wir einen 5 Sterne Aufenthalt!!!!

Ein kleines Stück Paradis

Ein wunderschönes Grundstück mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen mit tollem Blick über die Bucht. Das Haus ist gemütlich und man kann es auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter gut aushalten, auch gibt es viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Franco hat ebenfalls viele Tipps parat und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere kurze Woche sehr genossen, und für Hund und Kind war der große eingezäunte Garten ideal zum toben.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons 2 semaines très agréables dans cette maison isolée. La vue est très jolie. Nous avons profité de la piscine. Notre chien était en total sécurité , la propriété est totalement fermée par un grillage. Franco, le propriétaire est très sympathique et il pouvait répondre à nos demandes .

Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und es hat uns mega gefallen. Haben die Ruhe, die Aussicht und das Baden im Pool sehr genossen. Unser Hund hatte auch große Freude da alles eingezäunt war und sich frei bewegen konnte! Vermieter war immer für Fragen da und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Wir haben Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sehr genossen, in einer Viertelstunde erreicht man einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt. Die gut eingerichtete Küche hat uns beim Kochen sehr viel Freude bereitet, Rosmarin und Salbei aus Francos Garten waren regelmãßige Zutaten. Die Restauranttipps von Franco sind Gold. Auch sehr angenehm war uns die Zugverbindung von Sarzana aus in die Cinque Terre. Herzlichen Dank an Franco für zehn wunderbare Tage

In schöner abgelegener Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Man kann so viel unternehmen!!!!! Wandern, schöne Städte anschauen, den ganzen Tag am Ferienhaus bleiben, weil es einfach traumhaft schön ist!!! Wir waren zum zweiten und nicht zum letzten Mal hier!!! Tolles Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung für 5 Personen (alle 16+) war gut, der Pool mit Aussicht auf das Meer und den Turm von Castelnuovo Magra fantastisch. Franco war ein sehr netter Vermieter mit guten Tipps für Aktivitäten, Essen etc. Wir haben Ausflüge in die Berge, nach Sarzana und LaSpezia unternommen und ein Motorboot gemietet (bis 40 PS führerscheinfrei), mit dem wir an der Küste entlanggefahren sind. Alles in allem eine tolle Urlaubswoche! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wat een prachtige plek

Her huis ligt op een prachtige plek, vlakbij een klein, lieflijk authentiek dorpje. Zwembad is heerlijk verkoelend met een magnifiek uitzicht, in de prachtige omgeving zijn oneindig veel verschillende activiteiten te doen. Het huis is van binnen prima, mag her en der ietwat beter worden schoongemaakt/vernieuwd . De veranda is een eindeloze plek waar je heerlijk kunt verblijven en genieten van het uitzicht.. Franco helpt daar waar nodig, is een goede gastheer. Dikke vette aanrader dit huis.
