"Recomiendo el hotel, la ubicación es perfecta para conocer el centro, las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias, se encuentra frente a la Catedral. Las personas del restaurante son muy amables, así como el botones. Sin embargo el área de recepción muy decepcionante. Te ignoran cuando llegas, no toman las llamadas de la habitación, contestan de mal modo."

"Hotel’s personnel very kind and helpful, especially the restaurant’s staff. Location just great, a nice walkable area, very safe, clean and welcoming. I had enjoyed a week in this magical city and do definitely recommend. Looking forward to return, so much to see and do."

"Fantastic location and good price. Wi-Fi in my room (upper floor of room 2, which was split level and entered near reception) wasn't always strong. Front door was locked nearly all the time and requires ringing a door bell so someone can let you in, which wasn't fun in the rain. Breakfast is located at another hotel 2 blocks away. It was included with our stay, but I'm vegan and there were zero breakfast options for me other than coffee. Some days they had juice but some days not, so breakfast was a big disappointment. Having a room near reception wasn't ideal if you're a light sleeper. I put on some white noise from my phone to fall asleep, because people at the desk near my room made noise late at night/early in the morning. Overall, the hotel was decent but nothing impressive."
