Staff member attitudes was rude when asking for lost items and called 20 hours before doing a drive back to make sure everything was there to find some items was stolen and never gotten returned back to me and call the corporate about the issues

"Staff was wonderful, my room was not clean. The microwave was full of food, fridge had food smears through it, the bathroom had hair everywhere...not just one hair, but it was all over the floor, in the tub, in the drain, on the walls, on the faucet...the drain closure piece didn't fit and was just laying in there. Then the 2 rooms directly across were together and they were yelling, slamming doors, screwing off in the hallway, back and forth until after 2:30 am. I reached out to staff, begged and pleaded with the individuals while they were in the hall, and it never stopped. There was no breakfast offered.....all in all filthy without sleep and I'm not happy today."

"We chose this hotel for the swimming pool. Was a terrible choice as the pool was so freezing my kids didn't want to be in it. The hot tub barely warm at all as well. Was extremely disappointed in having to pay nearly $200 for one night and be able to enjoy a pool."
