The bar area was friendly and convenient, as well as the hotel restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance (3-5 mins.) of the bus station that can take one to the Dublin Airport (Lufthansa canceled my direct flight from Frankfurt to Cork, so I had to fly to Dublin instead, wherein I took a 3:30 hr. bus to Cork). It is also within walking distance of the Grand Parade, a vibrant cultural and historical center where there are multiple restaurants, pubs, stores, and places to visit. If I return to Cork, I will return to this hotel again, for sure."
