Everything was neat, clean, and new, however, parking is a problem. We had to park a couple blocks away, fortunately we were able to put a days worth of clothes into backpacks and leave the luggage behind in vehicle.

Convenient location - walking distance to bus station, English Market and St Fin Barre's Cathedral., etc Bed and room very comfortable, friendly staff and good breakfast offered. Lobby and lounge are very welcoming. Highly recommend

The staff is wonderful, room is nice, breakfast good. Parking is difficult. We parked behind city hall in the Q-lot. Prepare to walk.

Hotel was very nice- conditions and rooms. Did not eat there but did have full breakfast and bar. My only complaint was parking and getting there- lots of one way roads and limited parking on street made it hard to pickup and drop off. Paid parking was 6 minute walk in small parking garage. Not unexpected since it was in middle of downtown. If you want close to downtown this is a great option- be prepared.

Great location close to Cork City Centre shops and tourist attractions. The discounted parking was a huge plus in our decision to stay here. Check-in and check-out were super easy and smooth and our room was clean and quiet. Stayed here in mid-October (off-peak) and would recommend the hotel to others looking for a convenient stay in the city!

The only complaint I would have is the parking situation! We were told the hotel had an agreement with a parking garage nearby that gave a discount on guest parking. The garage was an 8 minute walk away, which isn’t too bad, but inconvenient if you forgot something in your car. The morning my family and I left for the airport at 4am, the garage was coned off everywhere with no one working. To avoid being late for our flight, my husband moved all of the cones but then the arm wouldn’t lift to let us out. I eventually called the number for the garage I found on Google and a very nice lady helped us out. I would still very much stay here again, as the parking did not turn me away. Everything else was perfect! The place was beautiful, spotless, amazing staff and great bar! Very close to shopping and dining!

Parking is a nightmare here!! If you have a car don’t stay. They don’t have any spots to park and construction right out front. If you don’t it’s a great convenient place to stay.
