When I checked in to my room the microwave was filthy and the tub had chunks of hair in it. It was gross. I couldn't use the shower until the next day when they came and cleaned the room for a second time. It's disappointing because the property is nice and when the rooms are cleaned properly it's a great place to stay. Unfortunately there's always an issue at this property. TV is intermittent, rooms not properly cleaned, some guest that stay are unruly and the manager does nothing about it. Hopefully they get their act together because when things are right there it's a great, affordable place to stay.

It was difficult to open the door, there was no coffee maker as advertised, the toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor and the prongs on the hair dryer plug were missing. The place was kind of a joke. However the staff was nice and the room was clean

I checked in, and 20 minutes later. After an 3 hour drive. I used the Toilet and it.overflowed with water. I picked up my stuff and checked out 20 minties into my stay.

Price is decent. Room smelled like cigarettes and cheap room deodorizer. Breakfast is 2 choices: waffle or cheerios. Beds are comfortable. Towels are cheap motel towels. 10 minutes from Magic Mountain. Nice staff.
