While there is no private, direct river access to the Missouri River, this home is only about 300 yards from the public Stickney Creek boat launch. As a bonus, this property offers access to a private pond on the property. Other amenities include: gas BBQ, new kitchen appliances, coffee maker & Keurig, 60 inch smart tv in living room, TV’s in both bedrooms, forced air heating and AC, free WiFi, and washer/dryer onsite. Excellent infrastructure (pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot) lacking nothing.We were 3 men for just 3 days so didn’t cook much, but it was all there.Hope to return next year and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean! My wife would approve and she is very picky!Thank you Casey!

Perfect stay and a very convenient location. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, bbq and new appliances.Watching playoff hockey on the big TV and great night sleep in comfortable beds.Every base was covered and communication was great
