"This was the perfect all around experience staying in Naples. Every member of staff were kind and extremely helpful. The restaurant served delicious food at a great price. The included amenities beat any other hotel in the area — laundry, lounge areas, shared kitchen spaces, and more! Great AC during the hot season. Also easily accessible as it is within 5 minutes walk of Napoli station. Only minor critiques — could be cleaner ie. floor was a bit dusty, towels smelled like they had been in storage for a while (definitely clean though). However at no point was I displeased with the quality of the room. I’m sure any discrepancies would be gladly taken care of by the team either way."
