Not what I expected

First of all the hotel room has no microwave. The room smell like cigarette. You can actually hear the noise coming from the top floor above where we were staying. Bathroom is small. Hotrl is not kept to par with other hotels. The facilities like the gym , pool closes early , not accessible 24 hrs. You have to pay for coffee outside , not even complimentary like other hotels. Poor quality and service. Will NOT stay here again .

Close to CC MelodyTent-that is it.

Stayed here for show at CCMT. Hotel is dated-room not bad- bathtub/shower needed spiffing. Ed the bartender very nice. No working vending machines. Clerk at desk told us to go to liquor store for something to eat. He thought they had Snickers Bars. Seriously. Except for the location to the concert venue I would not recommend.

Close to town

While there are many perks of being centrally located, the hotel is in dire need of updating and cleaning. Most conference centers are usually modern and offer clean and comfortable amenities. The rugs desperately need to be shampooed or replaced throughout, the interior needs to be painted, the pool was brown and the bathrooms were dark. We had ants in our room too. It felt like a crappy motel. The pictures on the website are either doctored or they're only featuring one room that was actually updated and maintained.

Enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic and we have fun on the golf course. The TV had limited channels and no HD.

nice hotel and resort

Nice pools. Central to everything. Comfortable beds. Reasonable price. Great for families or couples.

Disappointing

Pros: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location is good.
Location: Hotel is within walking distance to downtown Hyannis.
They say updated but it is what I would call semi updated. Room had new furniture and rugs and paint. Bathroom had new sink, counter and toilet but the same older tub and shower. They had an HDTV in there but no HDTV signal. Horrible picture as a result. The grounds around the hotel are not taken care of. Air conditioner was malfunctioning. It would cool the room but not take out the dampness. As a result it felt clammy. There wasn't enough electrical outlets.

I don't know what reviewers are complaining about

This hotel was clean, it didn't smell as others reported, the pool was nice, my patio facing the parking lot did not bother me, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and I would stay here again!
