Cathedral Gate Hotel
"Not only was the hotel beautiful with spectacular views, but, the staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. From start to finish every member of staff was so lovely. Thank you so very much for our wonderful stay."

The Falstaff Hotel
"Staff were friendly. Breakfast great. Local area and near the train station. Only two issues. As an old building it is unlikely to get air-conditioning. So if you do not like a sauna and a noisy fan this maybe worth booking or asking for a room in the new area or avoid during a heat wave. Breakfast ..."

ABode Canterbury
"I grew up in Canterbury and while I live in New York, I visit many times a year to see friends and family and have stayed at many different hotels but after staying here a few years ago, I look nowhere else. It’s central location is second to none, the ornate and wonderfully maintained interior character ..."

Breakfast though it says from 7.00am I'd give it 10 minutes as items are still being put out. Plus during my stay a few workmen in scruffy overalls were eating in the morning. Does the ambience of the hotel no favours. All of this has been mentioned to the staff at the desk. So save the wish you'd told us replies. Otherwise a great stay and out of summer I would use again. Cheers."
