"Overall, our stay was amazing and we really enjoyed the hotel. The location, accommodations, and overall experience were excellent.
The only negative part of our stay was an interaction with one staff member during breakfast. His behavior came across as very unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I noticed him scolding guests left and right over very minor things, which really took away from the relaxed atmosphere.
When I went back for seconds, he sarcastically commented that I was having a “super breakfast,” which made me feel uncomfortable for simply getting more food. He also approached my mother and told her that she needed to eat at the table when she was only trying a small bite of food before sitting down. These interactions felt petty and unnecessary, especially considering this is supposed to be a welcoming hospitality environment.
Aside from this one experience, everything else was fantastic, and we were very happy with our stay. I would absolutely recommend the hotel, but I hope management addresses this type of behavior because one staff member should not make guests feel uncomfortable during what should be an enjoyable breakfast experience"
