That little extra Goes along way

Upon reaching front desk the clerk ( sorry ai do not know his name) stated when he saw us getting out of the vehicle he changed our room to a main floor with with easy access. It was a refreshing experience to have someone take initiative to provide a service that was truly unexpected and really needed

I have stayed at this hotel 5-6 times and it is by far the best value and the front desk service is very personable...it feels like we are speaking to the owner...don't know if we are or not. 100% Friendly and professional. I got stuck in the elevator- the front desk man brushed it off as if it was nothing. Terrible and unsafe- I didn't know if I was going to be stuck for an hour or plummet to my death. Worse place I've stayed in.

The hotel is in a great location, despite the road construction in the area. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of items. The room was good, although we found the bed rather soft for us. The shower wall was leaking so a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor.
