Check-in was 4pm. Arrived around 4:20pm and there was no room available because housekeeping had not gotten rooms clean. Staff stated it was because of late check-outs. I had to stand there and wait for 25 minutes to even have a room. They never compensated me for anything, I was late for my event as well. When we got to the room, the bedding felt damp and not completely finished being cleaned. I also didn’t like that there was one small elevator and the operation license had expired two years ago, that’s a little concerning. One good thing was breakfast the next day was good. Overall, I was not happy with the stay at the hotel.

Excellent Hotel and Location -Will Stay Again

It was great! Newly remodeled and in a great area. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. We were originally at another hotel in the area, and when we extended our stay in the Salmon Creek area, we chose to move to this hotel. It was a great decision and in a much better area. If I could give one critique it would be that the people in charge of breakfast need to be proactive about the food, instead of reactive. A bit more wait on buffet food than there should have been. A simple check to see how much food was left could have solved and been an easy fix, and there wouldn’t be any frustrated guests.

Not very clean, low staffing. Building and rooms in poor condition. I was charged $633 for a 4 day holiday weekend. I received the level of quality and cleanliness of a $350 stay. Room (2 queen with extra living space) was a good size for my young family of 6. Breakfast was better than expected for the level of quality of hotel. Would’ve been happy with the hotel for $450 or under for the weekend.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping was provided each day. The breakfast was better than most, especially considering they had a large group of school children staying there. The gym was in great condition.

Breakfast was excellent!! Rooms clean, staff great. Great location and easy access to freeway. Little on the expensive side. Need more handicap parking. Website was misleading when scheduling room but that would be Expedia not the hotels' fault.
