I arrived late from the airport, my room was waiting for me. A friendly face behind the counter, efficient booking process and my gratitude for the taxi to the hotel from the airport! My room was 10+ as was breakfast and the ride back to the airport to continue my journey. I have stayed at this same hotel over 20 times in the past few years and it consistently is EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT! Thankyou to all the folks who work at this lovely hotel and Merry Christmas!

Room was clean. Free rides to and from the airport with 2 taxi firms. Staff were amazing!! Puppy really likes their designated outdoor dog area. Flight was cancelled then I was told I was booked on a midnight flight. At the airport I got told the flight didn’t exist and I couldn’t get out until the next day so at 2 am I came back to the hotel and the staff had held my initial room just in case for me! They were then able to accommodate me the extra night!

Everything looked good until I went to the washroom, the washroom seat was dirty like it was never cleaned. Everything else was good. Just wished they had more food varieties that would have helped me to have breakfast there.
