I was expecting something better that what the unit actually is especially when the listing says “newly renovated” … the unit is clearly not newly renovated, unless it was 5 years ago. the bathroom cupboard is clearly water damaged with the doors splitting apart, there are stains on the walls by the washer and dryer door, the carpet has stains, the kitchen counter top has marks all over it, and wasn’t clean when arriving, food was caked onto the counter top, some dishes were dirty, the microwave splatter cover also dirty. the bedroom trim around the door is falling apart. Marks and scuffs on every wall. The bathtub in general looks bad with the caulking spilled over in places and different colors (stains or paint?), dirt stains that didn’t clean up at all, and no drain stoppers for the bathroom sink and kitchen sink. the top to the toilet back is not the right one for the toilet, you can actually see it in the hosts pictures of the unit, wish I noticed it in the pictures. Also the electric fireplace doesn’t work.
