The house has a side door entrance to access the suite which is sweetable for your privacy.
Free parking available in front on the premise and in the street.
Rooms are very big and very bright as the windows open to the back yard. Each bedroom has a queen size bed.
Private laundry available and a big storage as well. Clean towel and beding are provided for your stay

Over use of chemical scent bombs, felt like staying in a cleaning cabinet with hardcore chemicals. Not safe for young childern my 5 month old and 2 year old, also faulty electrical plug beside couch which was clearly showing damage on bottom plug broken plastic inside plug. Burning smell coming off the plug.Had to cancel our 3 night stay because of this, VRBO refunded 20% owner told me to take a hike not sure about all the good reviews.

Comfortable with a few minor issues
Clean, new, comfortable and convenient to shopping and major highways. Short people may have trouble reaching high cabinet shelf. Difficulty accessing entry because my phone did not have internet access due to international travel change. Suggest written instructions on how to operate the tv. Would be five stars but for confusion on entry.
Great hosts and accommodating! Very clean space with all your kitchen needs!

Needs a few “tweaks”
Lovely space. Could use towel racks for guests bath towels to dry. Also as there is only one bathroom, putting a mirror in each bedroom would be an added bonus.
A kettle for boiling water, either electric or top of stove would be good.
And finally tea towels (which are specific for drying dishes) should be included. Not dish cloths that are 10”x10”.
The host responded to my texts in a prompt manner and it was lovely having parking available.
Would definitely recommend this suite!
We liked that this property had washing facilities so we could do our laundry.

Great two bedroom basement suite
We really enjoyed our stay at this two bedroom basement suite. We visited in the summer and it was nice to come home to the cool basement after a day in the sun. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and linen was nice and cozy. The side entrance was separate and easy to access, we could come and go as we pleased, and were able to park on the driveway. We will definitely stay here again if it's available for our next visit.
Perfect location for our needs.
The unit was as advertised.
The host was quick to respond to and remedy the minor issues we had.

Stayed for several weeks. Excellent property. New, neat and clean. All amenities for a longer term stay; appreciated the stove and the washer/dryer. Very responsive host. Highly recommend.
Longer term work stay. The unit was clean and the kitchen was a bonus.
