The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ótima instalações e vista maravilhosa para um lago

Gostamos muito das instalações do hotel. Muita atividade para adultos e crianças, nos divertimos muito jogando bingo, participando de gincanas, além da quermesse e lual para os adultos e balada kids para os pequenos. Funcionários muito atenciosos, agradeço à todos da equipe do hotel e tbm a equipe de recreação como a tia Sol e tia Lalá que foram maravilhosas com o cuidado dos meus pequenos e as demais meninas que fazem parte do grupo. Além do salva vidas Florismar que me ajudou quando meu filho precisou. O hotel da cortesia free para 4 parques aquáticos da região,fomos apenas em 1 para poder curtir os demais dias no hotel, mas vale super a pena essa cortesia. Café da manhã e jantar farto, adoramos tbm.

O hotel e muito longe do centro e deixou vários itens a desejar durante a minha estadia como limpeza do apartamento, café da manhã ruim com poucas opções e nada integral, a comida do restaurante também não é boa nada saborosa e nenhum capricho...Não pretendo voltar e nem indicar pra ninguém.

A estrutura interna do apartamento é ótima, o apartamento estava limpo e organizado. As camas são confortáveis. Precisa de manutenção pontual: os armários precisam ser trocados e as portas também, devido a desgastes naturais pelo uso de água. Na área comum dos prédios falta limpeza, muitas vezes os corredores estavam sujos, claro que boa parte disso é por conta dos próprios hóspedes. A área da piscina é boa, com uma estrutura de mesas e um bar de apoio. Senti falta de apoio na área do parquinho/piscina infantil, que fica distante do bar das piscinas e não possui salva vidas. O café da manhã no domingo estava impossível, falta organização ou mais pontos de alimentação quando o hotel estiver com alta lotação. No geral a estadia foi muito boa, além disso os parques de apoio são legais também.

Razoável. Hotel tem boa estrutura e as refeições inclusas são ok. Quanto a porções e outras refeições dos bares do complexo WAM são ruins e MUITO CARAS. Os preços são abusivos e se fosse caro e bom eu pagaria feliz, mas é caro e ruim. Compramos um pacote com meia pensão (café da manhã e jantar), e o hotel é muito engessado para substituir um eventual almoço pelo jantar. Quarto razoável, limpeza nota 2, piscinas muito sujas.

Além disso, o número e a qualidade das piscinas são impressionantes, proporcionando uma experiência muito agradável tanto para quem busca relaxar quanto para quem prefere diversão. Outro ponto a ser mencionado é a atenção dedicada às crianças, com piscinas específicas e atividades bem planejadas para mantê-las entretidas. Por outro lado, há algumas questões que podem comprometer a experiência. A localização do hotel é um tanto afastada do centro da cidade, o que pode dificultar o acesso a atrações externas e serviços. Além disso, a qualidade da comida deixou bastante a desejar. A variedade é extremamente limitada e, frequentemente, itens importantes não eram repostos. Em especial, as opções de proteínas, como carne e frango, servidas no almoço e jantar, estavam muito abaixo do esperado. Outro ponto crítico foi a comunicação interna entre os colaboradores. Solicitações simples, como um travesseiro ou um lençol extra, frequentemente resultaram em atrasos e na necessidade de múltiplas interações para serem resolvidas, o que causou desconforto.
