Very satisfied but one persistent issue
This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff.

Gostei muito do atendimento, porem nao gostei de algumas coisas agua das picinas do hotel muito quentes que nao era possivel entrar, reforma de uma das piscinas sem aviso durante a minha estadia e agua muito quente na piscina infantil inviabilizando a brincadeira das criancas em um dos dias de minha estadia.
