Estacionamento foi cobrado R$ 50 por diária, não aceitei e o carro ficou na rua. A comida é muito condimentada na região. Elevadores pequenos para muita gente. Colchão do meu quarto estava "gritando" para ser trocado. Café da manha bom, mas com muito doce e pouco salgado. Piscinas excelentes de água termal. Limpeza dos quartos em dias alternados foi boa. Possui equipe de recreação. Possui sauna excelente. Tv nao é Smart. Banheira do meu quarto nao tinha hidro.

Hotsprings, ainda mantém uma boa qualidade.

A estada no Hotsprings sempre é satisfatória. O café da manhã continua imbatível. Só ficou um pouco a desejar a questão do atendimento nas piscinas. Por ser meio de semana, não encontramos atendimento satisfatório e até mesmo funcionários mal-humorados. A terceirização dos serviços de bar da piscina pode ter sido bom para o empreendimento, mas para o hóspede não. Detalhe, não emitem nota fiscal voluntariamente, como prevê a lei. Outro ponto negativo é o preço da estadia do veículo que pode chegar a 100 reais. Bem fora da realidade.

Final de semana com a família, sábado muito lotado, piscinas estavam sujas, entramos no quarto com TV estragada, trocaram rápido, estava sem toalhas de banho, solicitamos na portaria! Não possui opção para criança, mesas de ping pong bem estragadas, sinuca tomada pelos adultos, café da manhã é bom, muitas variedades, problema grave é a quantidade de mosquitos na comida, chega a ser assustador, almoço é bom, se for negociado na diária, fora da diária não dá, 50 reais por pessoa, se precisar de garagem, a descoberta custa 50 reais a diária, precisa andar uma quadra, é do hotel mas fica em outra rua.

Ficamos nesse hotel por 3 dias e ao chegarmos os recepcionistas do período noturno não foram nada simpáticos. No restaurante do hotel, temos que pagar um cartão pré-pago para podermos comprar nosso jantar. O serviço de camareira tem que ser agendado até as 15 hs do dia anterior ao serviço. O café da manhã tem muitas moscas em cima das comidas, mesmo eles colocando ventiladores, não é suficiente, café oferecido com frutas queijos (dois tipos), vários tipos de pão de povilho e bolos, bem regular. O hotel é bem grande, tem uma infraestrutura boa de piscina e atividades para crianças.
