Great Hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet. The pools are the highlight. In room TV system could do with an upgrade as the image quality was poor and it had a very limited number of channels.

Hotel needs a lot of improvement.
Check somewhat difficult because they required a voucher that Expedia didn't provide. There were 4 elevators for each building and only 2 were in service. It could only fit 5 to 6 people veeery close together and without any luggage There was no AC or any type of ventilation in it, so you could barely breathe in there. We had to wait forever for an empty elevator, because if there was more than 1 person inside, the luggage cart wouldn't fit. In the room they had a very good system where you have to put the room key in a slot to power the lights, ac, etc. So when you left the room everything would turn off once the key was removed. There wasn't any lamps or any kind of light near the bed. The room only had the light coming from the entrance of the room. There wasn't a clock or alarm clock, no pictures on the walls, no decoration, no safe. The cable TV didn't work or the WiFi for the whole hotel. There wasn't an ice machine in the entire hotel. I was charged for them to bring us a bucket of ice to the room. At the gym, most of the machines were broken. The pools were very nice. There had both hot and cold pools. However they didn't have any towels at the pool area because "the laundromat wasn't working and I was lucky to have any towels in our room" said the lady at the towel room. You had to go back up to the room wet! Only 1 person spoke English but very little, so it was hard to communicate with anyone. Checking out was the worst, but I don't have any more space to explain

Nice hotel in this thermal waters town
Very good first impression while walking in the hall for the first time. Courteous and helpful staff, still a little bit inexperienced, may need some hotel consultants professional help for their training, but overall very polite and caring. The room was nice and clean, not too quiet due to some kids down the hall. Food was very tasty, but the food I ordered late at night came in at a not ideal temperature, warm to cold... nevertheless the taste was good. There were two different menus in the room, an old one left behind which was confusing to the restaurant staff (and cheaper), but upon discovering the discrepancy they quickly delivered a new menu. Pools stay open till 11pm. Only a few pools are heated/thermal, but being in a tropical climate it doesn't hurt to have some ambient temperature pools. There are plenty of amenities, such as the pools, a pool table, a couple of specialty rooms for business/family gatherings (parties of 10 or more can schedule a Japanese or a French style room/food)... there are more amenities I didn't have time to use. The price was pretty good for the level of service, in comparison to other options available in the city. Overall it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, a little bit away from the city's main area. I would recommend this hotel for friends and family.

O hotel não disponibiliza recreação quando há poucos hóspedes. Conversei pessoalmente com o coordenador Carioca e ele me disse que não fica animado com poucos hóspedes, e por isso não há recreação nem para adultos nem para crianças. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura física, mas não há nenhum instrutor para realizar atividades. Só trabalham quando há hóspedes suficientes que julgam ser um número bom para ser “animado”. Além do mais, acabei saindo do hotel no terceiro dia, já que não havia nem água em uma das piscinas, e os gerentes nem sabiam explicar o porquê! Falei com Richelle, que me deu uma carta dizendo que iria reembolsar o valor do restante da estadia que não ficamos, porém, após quase 2 anos, nem cheiro do dinheiro que gastamos. Eles nos ROUBARAM, não devolveram o dinheiro que disseram que iriam reembolsar. Nunca mais volto nesse lugar terrível.

É um bom hotel, porém longe do centro da cidade
O Hotel tem boas instalações, entretanto percebi falta de manutenção em seus equipamentos e instalações. Tem muitos itens quebrados e sem reparos ou substituição, em todos as dependências. Excluindo o final de semana, nos demais dias não há buffet self service, como o hotel é distante do centro fica sem opção. A equipe é muito motivada, educada e com boa vontade, entretanto não são profissionais, necessitam de treinamento em suas funções. Não aparenta gestão profissional de hotelaria.

Excelentes instalações. Evite o jantar do hotel.
Hotel com instalações muito confortáveis e amplas. Ótimo apartamento e limpeza impecável. Funcionários muito educados. Boa higiene das piscinas. Gerente gentilmente nos ofereceu o salão francês para comemorarmos um aniversário. Local super elegante. O ponto negativo ficou por conta do jantar do último dia. Arroz velho e duro. Bife queimado. Não comi e passei fome a noite. Se voltar ao hotel vou adquirir pacote só com café da manhã, que é excelente, sem a meia pensão.

Um pouco decepcionada
As instalações do hotel são boas no geral, piscinas gostosas. O atendimento das pessoas também é bom. Porém, o piso do quarto estava solto, e principalmente as refeições deixaram a desejar. No café, almoço ou jantar, se você não chegasse cedo, as coisas já tinham acabado e não eram repostas. Mesmo mais de uma hora antes do horário de terminar, só tinha restos. O banheiro da piscina também ficava sujo.

uma semana em julho
São várias piscinas, mas a minoria era de água quente, e por isso ficavam lotadas. A grande maioria estava gelada, e sem ninguém. Teve uma das piscinas, grande, que aqueceram apenas no nosso último dia de estadia, nem deu para meu filho brincar nela. Não há brinquedos para as crianças nas piscinas, como escorregadores, tobogãs, esguichos, etc. Reservei o hotel por ter sauna seca e úmida, mas apenas nos dois primeiros dias as duas estavam funcionando. Nos demais dias eles deixavam apenas uma ligada, sem explicação. Córrego com esgoto nas proximidades das piscinas deixa a área com mau cheiro, principalmente fim de tarde. Teve um dia que o chuveiro estava frio, só ligaram depois que reclamei 2 vezes. Jantar com cardápio muito repetitivo. Por exemplo, como única opção de carne vermelha serviram contrafilé todos os dias da semana. Alguns itens também estavam muito salgados, em todos os jantares. pontos positivos: wifi bom, checkin e checkout rápidos, quarto, café da manhã, funcionários.

Muito a melhorar
O hotel é bom, mas houve alguns problemas como teia de aranha no quarto, as toalhas das piscinas estavam a maioria rasgadas e o cheiro próximo das piscinas era de esgoto, mas a água da piscina era trocada e tinha piscinas em todas as temperaturas, ou seja, para todos os gostos. A comida também estava deliciosa com muita variedade.
