Room could've been cleaner, especially the floor. Carpet had rice and carrots by the sofa. Other areas needed sweeping. The shower needed re caulking. Overall the room was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Good location to food and the stadium. Staff was very nice! The rooms could be cleaner and updated some. Our room had water stains on the ceiling, rust or wear in some places in bathroom and we killed 2 spiders in the bedroom area.

Staff knocked on door slightly after 8am and wanted to know when we were checking out. Check out was 11am so why wake us up??

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! Unfortunately, most of the property feels run down. Our room had a peeling ceiling and stained bathtub. Disappointing since I remember when staying at a Hampton Inn was a nice middle-class experience. Nothing fancy but it was always kept up.

Toilet, shower and air conditioning system need upgrade. Very old toilet needs to be replaced. shower head gave weak water Stream and water not hot. Weak air conditioner and occasionally made loud noises. Staff should not have given that room to me or others in the future.
