Hotel was packed! Beds are rock hard. Breakfast was a nightmare with people everywhere. Parking is horrendous. Pool was overcrowded and busy. We went to the pool for a few hours in the morning, but the later it got the more people showed up. We left a day early even though we were going to get charged for the night.

Very nice hotel. Located in the Village with plenty of dining and shopping choices. Short walk to the beach.

The first thing that we found when entering our room was a wad of black hair in the shower. When I called and told the front desk, they did nothing. Then I wanted to speak with the manager, but each time I called to speak with her, "She just left" was the reply I got from the front desk. Upon checking out, I finally met the manager. When I told her my bevy of complaints, her only response was "If it was so bad, why didn't you just leave. You were not being held hostage."??? Superior customer service!!! We were priced gouged to begin with due to the pandemic, so her offering to refund 1 night was not enough to satisfy the lack of customer service as well as the paucity of amenities.
