The staff here are so nice and accommodating! I love that they followed up with us to check on our stay while we were there! There was plenty to do on Jekyll Island and this hotel added to it with bikes, pool, fire pits, yard swings by the ocean! My husband and I had a great weekend!

The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff were so welcoming, with Will giving us a hilarious welcome and incredible restaurant recs. He also made our visit feel extra special by offering celebratory champagne when he learned we were newlyweds. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was spacious, making our stay feel extra relaxing. We never actually used the pool, but we did dip our toes in and loved that it was the perfect temperature. The lights glowing in the water at night, the built-in lounge areas, and even the thoughtful addition of a handicap-accessible chair to help those who need it into the pool made it clear that every detail had been considered. The fire pit lounge area was really nice too. I also appreciated that Morgan looked into the mattress brand for me (because I loved them that much) and the staff went the extra mile by checking in through text during our stay. They even offer a simplified checkout process, you don’t even have to stop by the office and can just leave your keys in the room and text back “departed” once you leave. We’re already dreaming about our next visit and will certainly be staying at The Beachview Club again.

The landscape is beautiful, the building just needs a facelift. We really liked the staff and free drinks in the refrigerator was a great touch!!

Every time we went to the pool there were no towels. They needed staff to tell people not move the lounge chairs into the pool and play with them in the middle of the pool. At times the pool was murky. Attn to the morning coffee area was lacking. However, the grounds were lovely. Would recommend more andirondack chairs on the grounds.

simple place to stay. bed was extremely comfortable. the only negative was the shower; it was missing part of the glass door, so they used a curtain instead and no shelves to hold shampoo or soap. the pool was gorgeous; we loved the chairs in the water. the swings and additional seating around the property were a definite plus. we sat in the swing and watched the sunset with our complementary wine. property is right at the beach, just a short walk to the entrance from the backside of the hotel. 4/5 would definitely stay here again.

Pool and grounds of this property were such a nice bonus. Enjoyed my up to date room for the few nights I was there. Would love a desk lamp as I needed to work some- I realize most don't come there for this purpose so it was not a big deal. Just a suggestion.

You can enjoy your vacation with your fur baby. No need to spend extra money to board your fur baby and worrying if your fur baby is missing you or being taking care of. I loved the way the management cared about our aging fur baby. The property is pet friendly and a poop station with bags and trash can was available. The property also provided water bowls outside for pets to help cool them off. Also, the property provided an orthopedic bed and raised bowls for my fur baby. The beach is a short distance to walk and my fur baby loved walking on the sand and enjoyed the crashing waves every morning. I want to give thanks again to the staff William, Dre & Clyde. You guys are the best!! We will be back to see you soon!
