Four Points By Sheraton Houston Energy Corridor
""I am writing this review out of extreme frustration following my recent stay. Having been a frequent guest at this hotel over the past six months, I was shocked to find an arbitrary $200 charge on my bill for alleged cigarette smoke damage. I do not smoke. I spoke directly with the manager and pointed out the obvious logic: if I were a smoker, this would have been an issue during all of my previous stays. Instead of admitting their error and dropping the charge, management simply reduced the fee to $100, claiming it was for 'minor smoke damage.I strongly object to this charge. Lowering the dollar amount does not make a false accusation right. Because of how unfairly and unprofessionally this was handled, I will not be returning."
