Great location. Neat and tidy rooms. Easy check in process. No kitchette as stated in the app only tea and coffee making facilities. Tried to get clean coffee cups for 2 days and still didn’t get them. Communication and house keeping not great. Arrived late and went to try the restaurant but it closed early due to no customers. Tried both spas and neither seemed to work. This place has great potential but needs some improvements.

Contactless reception so no one around to help with anything. No lifts and steep stairs to navigate with heavy suitcases. Broken light switches so no light over food/drink preparation area or 1bed.
