Great location and view. Having the helpful man there after hours to help with check-in made a huge difference. And arranging 2 carparks was greatly appreciated, as I realise this is not usual.

Well located. Room was nice and large. A few combined issues pushed this down to a 3 rating though unfortunately. 1. Channel 7 gets no reception, so no big bash cricket. 2. Huge gap between blinds so sun streams in when trying to sleep. 3. No body wash. 4. Uncomfortable couch. Bed was nice though. I wouldnt stay again but if they made some simple improvements i would.

Very tidy apartment and hotel, super convenient location but the thing we noticed the most was the AMAZING service. Literally everyone we dealt with (e.g. front desk, gents at the pool) went out of their way. Super happy with this place - will def stay again.

We stayed there as we had a gig in fortitude valley music hall, so it’s a short walk from there and very close to the train station. There are two towers so if you come from the train station you need to get to the other tower. They do send you a detailed text to get to the office. The room itself could be better. All first world problems like air con only in the lounge room and none in the bedroom. The most uncomfortable couch ever. Soap in the sink of the bathroom but none in the shower itself. And all pillows are exactly the same. All big and fat pillows, when I want a flat pillow which they don’t have. There’s also a weird way to watch T.V even. As I said all first world problems but enough to make you not want to stay there again. The apartment itself is clean and modern and conveniently located to where we needed to go.
