"Staff was very friendly and we could check in right away. Hotel is older but clean and nice. Courtyard and pool looked nice. Great walking to nc state football and Carolina hurricanes."

"Positives The Customer Service with Wilson during Breakfast and Keisha at the front desk was excellent! The staff was affable and extremely helpful! Negatives While at the bar, a roach crawled across the counter next to my food. There were also a few smaller bugs in my bathroom. I realize that the hotel is currently under construction; however, the hotel needs to be throughly sprayed on a WEEKLY basis to keep this under control."
