PERFECTO PARA FIN DE VERANO !!! Este hermoso y actualizado condominio de Breckenridge se encuentra a solo una cuadra de Main St y a unos 250 metros de la base del pico 9 y el elevador Quicksilver. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, pisos de pizarra con calefacción, estufa de acero inoxidable, microondas, lavavajillas y refrigerador completo. El edificio ofrece un garaje subterráneo con calefacción, bañeras de hidromasaje cubiertas y una sauna de vapor. Los huéspedes también podrán utilizar la piscina climatizada al aire libre Upper Village y las bañeras de hidromasaje. Hay una chimenea de madera rústica con madera cortada suministrada en el garaje.

Mountain Getaway

My son and I had a great time in Breckenridge. The condo was exactly as described. Spotless and very well equipped. Perfect location for exploring downtown or heading out to all the nearby hiking trails. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

Highly Recommend

We had a great time at this condo! The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere. We never took our car out of the garage! Our kids are 5 and 7, so the guest bedroom was perfect for them. Our 5 year old slept on the hide-a-bed and I’d say up to a 7 year old could fit on it. Again, perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked and we didn’t even need to go out and get paper towels, etc. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Vacation and Stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Breckenridge! The location was perfect for skiing and walking to town. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and even mailed us back a jacket we left behind. We highly recommend this condo for a great vacation in Breckenridge!

Best sleep away from home!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was superb, offering easy access to the slopes and breathtaking mountain views. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, some of the best sleep I've had! The attention to detail in the condo's design and cleanliness was impressive. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. Overall, it was a five-star experience. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge. This place has everything you could ask for. We were in walking distance to Main St. so we never moved are vehicle from the parking spot. Would highly recommend this property.

Incredible rental

We completely fell in love with this property! The decor was beautiful and thoughtful (very well stocked kitchen); the location was perfect (never had to take our car out of the underground garage); and the hosts were the best (great communication, genuinely cared about our experience and lots of great recommendations of the area). Hands down one of our favorite trips to CO! Thank you Chad and Kimberly for opening up your home to us!

Great Location for Skiing and Walking Downtown

Our group consisted of 2 couples, and the place was perfectly sized for our trip. The location is directly across from a shuttle stop if you're wanting to go to a further peak for skiing, or you can walk to the closest lift no problem. The condo was clean. We didn't spend too much time in the condo since we were skiing and wandering the town for most of our trip, but it was perfect for our stay.

Great location, well kept apt

I must address the check in first….. we flew into Denver, drove in and arrived at 1.30, the cleaning service was there, so we left our bags in the car, and ate lunch, we returned thinking since it was clean already we could get into the apartment, but the code would not work until 4 PM, not 3. 58 not 3 . 59 but 4 PM! We had to be out by 10 AM on the day we were leaving which I think is way earlier than a hotel expects you to leave. The apartment is well located on the third floor, with a small balcony with a nice view of the trees, and it was very clean. The apartment is well furnished , good linens well stocked kitchen. Provided was paper towel , dishwashing soap , and soap for the washing machine and dryer sheets. The bathrooms were well stocked with large containers of soap shower gel etc. The hairdryer provided was good and in all, it was a well-kept very nice apartment. Varies heating in the apartment but we were there in the summer time and we had to keep all the windows and doors open. No air-conditioning but fans provided. The master bedroom had a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom had a queen size bed with a rollaway bed underneath. And the living room had a pull out couch, all with ample linens.

roomy and relaxing

After a few days of hiking in the Rockies, our family of 4 was looking for a place to spread out, relax, (and recover!) and enjoy the town at our own pace, and this condo is perfect. Beautiful, roomy, spotless, secure, and SO many amenities that we have not had included with other rentals including cozy blankets, coffee, and laundry soap, toiletries, etc. So close to town and activities, we did not move the car for 3 days after we parked for the rental. Don't hesitate to book this one :)

Great Condo Near Everything!

This property is all around great. It was super clean! The check in process was easy and the hosts even let us check in an hour early since the condo was ready. ( the hosts replied promptly to our email messages). The location of the property was excellent! Was within walking distance to the ski lifts and to Main Street and all the major shops. The only suggestion I have would be to update the virtual tour on the website as the one bedroom was not a twin over double but a queen. Another great asset of the property was the in condo washer and dryer.! Drying the gloves, hats and ski equipment was a great help! Over all the stay was wonderful!!!

Perfect summer location!

This listing was just as described. Well appointed condo. The location can’t be beat for a summer visit. Restaurants and shops are just across the street. Easy access to all local outdoor activities. Our family of 4 (including two teenagers) had a fantastic trip!

Breck Spring Break 2021

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so convenient to everything. I walked all of Breck from this place just 1 block away. The place had everything we needed including daily items like detergent, trash bags, etc., which was great and saved us a few bucks! The place was really spacious and it was wonderful having bathroom access for each bedroom. We will be back! :)

Beautiful place in a great location

Very nicely furnished place in a nice location close to bus to slopes and short walk to town. Unfortunately, bedding arrangements were not what was pictured . We were expecting bunk beds with a trundle and when we arrived we only had a queen bed. This was biggest issue. Everything else was nicely appointed and had plenty of supplies and amenities.

Location, Location, Location

You simply can’t ask for more with this place. Steps away from downtown Breckinridge and the quicksilver ski lift- which would be an ideal lift for beginner skiers! Awesome spot for families. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of Chad and Kimberly’s place. The ski closet was an incredible bonus of this place, who wants to drag wet equipment through their home for a few days? The hot tub inside the building was glorious as we didn’t have to run through the cold at all. The owners were promptly responsive and helpful in advising us with local hot spots. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable, and fun place to stay. My only complaint, which is not something the owners are responsible for, is that the parking garage is a little tight so be careful with oversized vehicles.

We walked in and were awed! It’s so beautiful and wonderfully decorated! The beds were fine! Not the most comfortable but not the leave comfortable! The pillows could use some work! The location was so so so amazing! We walked to town so much! Thank you so much!

Enjoyable and convenient Condo

We LOVED staying at this Condo. It was very well furnished with nice decor. It was very clean and LOVED the location. It is very close to main street , Gondolas and the free shuttle. This condo fit our family of four just perfectly. We used the outdoor grill each evening for our dinners. The grill worked very well and the large decking made it fun for kids to hang out. Kimberly and Chad were VERY responsive to all my questions regarding local restaurants, attractions etc. I always received a quick response! Kimberly and Chad truly cared about making sure our trip was enjoyable! We will definitely stay at this condo again . I encourage others to stay here too!!
