Great location

Short of being a full ski in/ski out this place was perfectly located to get right to the bus (or the lift if you don’t mind a couple blocks walk). Ski-out was simple (across the street is the exit of the 4 o’clock run). Very walkable to Main Street and all the fun. Host was responsive, checkin/out was simple. Load-in winded us low-landers with the stairs, but otherwise it was a perfect experience

First Time to Breck

First time visiting Breck was unforgettable. My teenage son had a great time, Location and amenities was perfect. Easy to communicate with owners. Only thing I couldnt find was pven mitts.

Perfect little condo right near the mountain. We parked at the mountain instead of the shuttle, but we went from our front door to on the lift in less than 10 minutes

Thanksgiving Ski Trip 2024

Had a great time. We’ve stayed in this complex before, just another unit. The third floor is great since you don’t have anyone thumping around on top of you. But you need to be ready to get up and down with your gear if it’s staying with you. The only issue we had was with the fire place. Could not figure out how to get it to fire up on command. We used it a few times, but the two times we got it to fire up, I couldn’t tell you the order of operation that got it going. Overall, great place and would stay again…next time I’d call them to resolve the fire place matter.

We parked at the condo when we arrived on Friday and didn't drive again until we left on Monday. We ealked and used the free buses to get everywhere, and it was great.

Very comfortable stay in the center of Breckenridge

This was our 5th trip to Breckenridge and easily the most comfortable place we’ve stayed. The presence of the washer and dryer in the condo simplified the packing process and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location was a short walk from the center of town which made getting to food/shopping very easy and painless after a day spent hiking. We will definitely look to stay there again.

Great Place for our Ski Weekend

Really enjoyed our stay at this Park Place condo. Convenient to Snowflake lift and easy 5 min walk to town. The place was clean and the owners were very responsive. The hot tubs were great too! We’d definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and comfortable. Location is good - can walk to base of Lift #9 or short walk to use the shuttle to get up to Lift #8. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Walking distance to everything.

Nice location. Ski rental across the street. You can walk to chairlift or wait 8 minutes for the shuttle. Center of town with shoppes and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away through picturesque park. The only issue is this is a walk up to the third floor which is taxing after a long day. The ski locker is next to the door so you must carry your equipment upstairs at the end of each day. The fireplace turns on randomly and uses a thermostat control that doesn’t always turn on the fire when you want it to. The unit overall is spacious and very nice.

Great location and well stocked.

The condo was fantastic. Plenty of room for more than one couple. We cook all our own meals and the condo had the dishes, utensils, and containers to prep and save food. The location was excellent, a few steps to the lift and board back on four oclock run. Hot tubs were right outside our room and a everynight visit for us. Covered parking was wonderful since it snowed the whole trip. Our vehicle was clear and resdy to go each timw we went out. The property management communicated constantly and answered all questions within minutes. We would recommend this property to anyone.
