"So once in a great while you run into an incredibly special place and time. We stayed in this secluded, picturesque cabin during an exceptional June week of perfect weather. A family reunion of sorts with many amazing firsts that will become lasting traditions. First, the host is first rate and keeps just the right amount of "in touch" neither missing in action nor overbearing... so helpful and available! The cabin itself was setup very well with everything you need--minimizing the need to pick up extra stuff. Rooms, beds etc. are very comfortable and clean. The rest of the property is, in a word, special. The lake provided a center for gathering and my grandchildren experienced their first fishing experiences amongst the views of the mountains, trees and a pasture of horses. The balcony is so welcome in the mornings where you can enjoy the views whilst sipping your favorite beverage. The fire pit provides a center for sunset and roasting marshmallows leading into a nighttime sky filled with song and stars. This wonder extends to the region which has small-town-charm in every molecule and tons of outdoor activities available throughout the mountaintop setting. Yes, we will return here again and probably yearly as long as we can. This venue gets my highest recommendation!"
