I’ve stayed here twice. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and as pictured. I get charged for parking and both times there have been issues with elevator in the garage. The desk staff said it’s managed by another company…Marriott Bonvoy should use its clout to get that management company to fix it! Also, they charge $20 for breakfast. Maybe that is stand in Boston, but I find it highway robbery for scrambled eggs, cut fruit and oatmeal

this hotel sits on top of the Massachusetts Turnpike and thoe traffic noise can be heard even on the 9th floor where I attempted to sleep. The rest of the experience was acceptable, even including a rude night manager; but trucks accelerating at 3am not so much.

The shower handle was very stiff to turn. And the fridge in the room wouldn't open. The fire alarm went off, and the staff was not very communicative about what was going on. In the future, more information would be helpful to allay fears.

The rooms were great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a little hiccup and they immediately swapped us to a new room. They also gave us breakfast buffet vouchers. There’s a parking garage attached to the place and it’s super easy to park. Overall a great experience.
