Was a bit disappointed at the fact that after calling twice to give them heads up that my flight was delayed and wouldn’t be arriving on time (late by 2 days technically) for a 3 night booking that they put me on a no show list ; the desk agent was not notified and he spent a lot of time to take us off the list and to reinstate the booking ; when the room was issued , the room was not cleaned and so he had to give us another room ; I think they need better communication amongst the team

The room smelt of a dirty crotch. The breakfast & the woman managing the breakfast room should be running the hotel, she was on top of everything, very friendly & personable too, give her a raise. The hotel looks very tired looking, whomever did the tile in the shower should be fired, what a mess of a job. Did anyone vet these people before you let them do shotty work?
