There is a master bedroom with ensuites on each floor. With 2 Queen beds, 4 twin beds, and 1 king bed, as well as a pack and play and extra cot, there's plenty of space for all guests to relax and unwind. We had a great stay at this property in Boone. The house comfortably sleeps a large number of people and there is plenty of room to spread out. We didn't use the downstairs family room but if we were there longer I'm sure we would have with projector, large screen, dart board, game table, etc. The hosts provided plenty of amenities such as cooking basics, coffee, snacks, etc. If we were to visit Boone again, we would definitely stay there again also.
