Service was great. The hotel was very clean. Only had an issue with the bathroom sink which was clogged. But was fixed right away. Also wifi signal could be improved. Barely worked in the rooms. Friendly staff. Pool was out, but it's winter so it's understandable. Breakfast never ran out of items. Vending machines stocked and ice machined worked really well.

Everything was out of order... the swimming pool, the ice machines, multiple soda machines, and an elevator. Plus the buffet was out of coffee, coffee cups, and eggs at 7:30 in the morning. I brought my mom and my daughter and my wife here for my daughter's college graduation and everybody was embarrassed.

I booked 2 rooms, one for me for two nights and the other for my son and his girlfriend for one night - their room smelled so bad of smoke that I gave them my room. I asked the front desk to change the sheets and towels in their room so I could use it the second night. I came back from being gone all day to a dirty room that wasn’t touched by housekeeping. The rooms, walls, carpet, showers are all outdated and need to be replaced. The breakfast selections were awful.
