This 2BR unit features two queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a new HVAC system. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Enjoy the nearby access to Blowing Rock, Boone, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Grandfather Mountain for hiking, skiing in the winter, shopping, and dining. Quiet location near Boone

This was a great location, just a few minutes into town, but very quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to, but be prepared for curvy mountain road. The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location on the winding hill. The property was clean. Tye beds had something to be desired in terms of comfort. The hot water appears to be a tank heater, so keep the showers short.

Here's some comments Have 2 hand towels/bathroom, not 1; Only 1 dish towel and 1sponge in kitchen; no cleaning supplies in kitchen or bathrooms; Porch furniture very uncomfortable, needs more slats and thicker cushions; No salt in kitchen; needs a mirror in second bedroom; needs toilet brushes in bathrooms; kitchen inadequately supplied, not enough glasses, pots and pans old and scratched; renters need to told that there's a $10/player charge for each time playing tennis; View off deck hampered by tree limbs.

The property was excellent for our needs. The location was beautiful and very close to hiking areas. The unit was very comfortable for four people. Our only problem was getting into the condo. We were not given the correct code but that was quickly settled by the rental agency.
