I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the free breakfast, a nice variety of options to start the day off right. The only downsides were a few issues with the room. The carpeting looked a little worn and had some stains, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, the traffic noise from the street outside was noticeable and did wake me up a couple of times during the night.

The staff was really nice . Everything was clean . Room was nice except The toilet was really low to the ground. I am a senior citizen and it was difficult to get up. My husband had to help me. It also sounded like an airplane taking off when you flushed it.

A/C unit issue

Our A/C unit would not cut off around 8pm. We called the front desk and they tried to contact the maintenance man several times who never responded. He had went home and wasn’t supposed to return until 7am but I would have assumed he would be on stand by for any issues and required to respond. We flipped the switch to heat and there was a terrible burnt smell so we just cut it off and went to bed cold. Was told a manager would reach out and I have not heard anything. If we had a much bigger issue I’m not sure how they would have handled it if it required the maintenance man. Disappointed in the lack of response.

Never. Again.

Upon arrival, we were hit with a $100 deposit (not noted when booking). No big deal, whatever. We left to eat with our daughter who is an App student. Came back to the hotel only to find the fire alarm was going off and we were not allowed entry. For over two hours, we sat in the parking lot waiting to have access to the room we paid for. Finally got in around midnight. The jet tub was full of hair, thank God in brought bleach! Cleaned it myself. Black mold all over granite shower wall, dirty towels, ants in room. Advised to reach out to booking site to be told to reach out to hotel. Finally offered a 50% discount for first night. Even after I had to clean the room my self (basically), fought ants (even in the bed!!), and dealt with no entry to room. Curtains torn. Furniture dirty and stained. 0/10 would not recommend. Property has lack of concern for guest comfort and an utter disregard for customer service. What a disappointment!!!
