No AC, old shower, dark brown old furniture, small dark corridors, etc. But the place forced me to slow down and relax. The old lady was lovely and answered all my questions with charm and patience. The floorboards were so polished and beautiful. In fact, the place was immaculate. Extremely clean. My bed was old but comfortable, and I was in a top room with a little window which I could open and see over the town. With the fan provided, I was very comfortable and had a great sleep. The shower, with its old mixer tap, was very quick to get to temperature with great pressure. Just loved my stay."
