The room was clean and very spacious with a separate TV sitting area. The kitchen was equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. The building is starting to show its age, but I'd gladly stay there again. The building was up and away from the road, which made it a little quieter. All the staff were very friendly!

This hotel was amazing from the staff being extra polite answered all questions day or night. Anything I needed they were there just all around great place to stay very clean on the inside and outside. I spoke to other guests who have been staying there for years and they absolutely love it for the same reason I will be staying here in the future thank you so much

The hotel seemed to be updated, the breakfast was nice and the firepit seemed lovely. This is right next to Great Escape so that's a plus if you're visiting the park. My one complaint, and it was a big inconvenience, is that the wifi was terrible. I had to work, and this made it much harder to get things done, I ended up having to use my hotspot.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool and hot tub area were very clean and comfortable. Laundry room was very convenient and comfortable. The room was so spacious and cozy. Very clean and welcoming. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were fit for a king! My one grievance would be that the outside door didn't seem to lock. It was easily pulled open without the use of a key card. The elevator was down on Saturday evening but it was serviced immediately and back up and running. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.
