We stay here frequently and have always had a very positive experience, however this trip was particularly bad. Apparently youth hockey teams routinely stay at the hotel and the place was completely trashed- the kids broke the hot tub, there was food on the floors and the hallway walls, breakfast was missing spoons, bowls, etc., kids were running through the halls, knocking on people’s doors, screaming, kicking balls, throwing ice, and playing in the elevator late into the night while parents partied in the lobby below. It’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault- and the kids definitely were having a great time- but the staff didn’t/ couldn’t do anything about it and all of the non-hockey guests were miserable. If you are thinking of staying here call ahead and find out if there is a large youth group event- we learned the hockey teams stay together there regularly- it’s a great hotel at any other time but on these weeks it’s terrible for everyone except the unsupervised kids and the adults on break from parenting.

Loved the hotel and all of the amenities. The breakfast was amazing and I love that they also have snacks and drinks available in the evening. We were there with our kid’s hockey team for a tournament and they had plenty of things to do when we didn’t have games- the hotel even designated a knee hockey room so the kids could play without getting in trouble for disrupting other guests! The only complaint I have is that a couple staff members were very rude. Did not catch a name, but one lady at the front desk told one of our kids, who wanted to sign up for the floor hockey room that she was busy and didn’t have time for him (said it more than once and extremely rudely), even though he was just patiently waiting in line, with an adult, and simply needed to put a name down on the sign up sheet. The area was great, with tons of shopping and dining options too.

The price was right for an impromptu get away with the family. The breakfast more than paid for itself with the room. Buffet style, fresh made in front of you omelets that were absolutely perfect. Will definitely book here again :) Easy access to restaurants and fun family adventures!

We were able to get an early check in for being a Hilton honor member. The rooms with joining sitting room/ area are nice somewhat updated. But small. Just enough space to slide into the bed the heater is in the front room and makes it tricky to heat the main bedroom and bath equally. Sadly the pool was closed the morning of our departure so one last swim (which is why we were there for one night was not an option).

This place has the best breakfast you're going, if you plan ahead the rates are very reasonable rooms are always clean and nice and the location is amazing. The staff was very good also at letting us check out a little later as the hockey tournament dates changed

We absolutely loved this hotel except for the bed. First, check in was easy and the person checking us in was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and our room was spotless. We enjoyed having a small kitchenette but found that the fridge was not getting cold. The hotel responded immediately when we called down and sent an engineer up right away who took the old fridge away and got us a new one. This happened in the space of 10 minutes! The location was great, close to skiing which was the point of our trip, snow tubing and shopping. The Fitness Center was perfect for me and the pool area was adequate. The hot tub was more like a lukewarm tub and had a ton of kids in it, not the hotel's fault. I love kids but when a toddler dressed only in a drooping diaper is in the pool and hot tub, makes me think twice about going in. The only downside about our stay was the rock-hard bed. Even my husband who prefers a hard mattress complained about the firmness. I was in constant pain and had to take Advil every night. But still, I don't think it would deter me from staying at this hotel again because of all the amenities. I probably would just bring a soft mattress pad next time. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent! Probably the best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel I've stayed in. So, Embassy Suites, if you read this, please get some softer mattresses! Otherwise, I would have given the hotel 5 stars.

Best place to stay. The suites are incredible comfy. The hotel and breakfast area are finest. Aroud walking are fast foods, restaurants, super markets, and entertainment and all walking distance. Its was my second and will be more.

Room was spotless. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bedroom was a bit small for two queen size beds. Next time we will ask for a king size bed instead of two queens. There definitely will be a next time. We plan on making this our go-to location when visiting family nearby. Special thanks to Patricia at the front desk.

The hot tub and pool were kinda dirty. Lots of hair in the hot tub and the hot tub wasnt hot more like lukewarm. Other than that everything was amazingly including the staff
